Under the background of national strategy of “Industry 4.0” in Germany,“made in China 2025”,“Internet plus”,“two integration” and “two deep integration”,etc.China should better complete industrial 2.0 and industrial 3.0,and achieve industrial 4.0 with the most stable and fastest speed.It is the main goal of the industrial 4.0 strategy to realize the Internet + intelligent manufacturing.In recent years,the development of China's manufacturing industry is confronted with large and unsophisticated problems,and the high integration of the Internet and physical equipment cannot be well integrated in the process of product production and service.Products of low technology,high cost,unharmonious resource distribution,especially in recent years the demographic dividend is reduced,the labor cost increasing,lead the profit margin is gradually reduced.China's manufacturing industry faces these problems,it is urgent to realize the transformation and upgrading.Germany is a manufacturing power.It is worth learning from the spirit of craftsman of Germany.It is an important part of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,the development of Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises will affect the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry.The System Dynamics theory(hereinafter referred to as SD)is used to establish the Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises to realize the industrial 4.0 capability model.The SD model was simulated by WENSIM PLE software.It is concluded that Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises attach importance to realizing the strategic goal of industrial 4.0.It is a method combining dynamic and static.This method reflects more fully and scientifically the enterprise to realize industrial 4.0 ability.The SD index system of four categories 28 indexes and system causality diagram of 15 self-feedback loops are established.A random sampling of 10 Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises is a modeling sample.The equation is built for dynamic simulation.It is concluded that the technology input ratio of enterprises in recent years and the predicted value of technology input ratio in the next nine years,compared with the standard value of enterprise performance evaluation.It shows that Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises attach importance to realizing the industrial 4.0 strategic target.For China's manufacturing realising industrial 4.0,Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises make a corresponding contribution.Finally,the author proposes suggestions and measures to implement industrial 4.0 capability according to the status and characteristics of Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises.
