With the continuous deepening of rural economic system reform, the households of rural social economic activities gradually transformed from traditional farmers into cooperative economic organizations.Decision-making is related to the development and utilization of rural resources, agricultural landscape pattern as well as sustainable development of rural economy increasingly close.Due to facing more serious problems of ecological protection and economic developmet in the ecologically fragile regions, the impacts of cooperative economic organizations on the changes of regional land use are also discussed. It is hopeful to understand the changes of farmers' behavior, protect the regional ecological environment and to clear the spatial evolution of the regional land use.Meanwhile,micro-drive mechanism promote the sustainable development of the area obviously, which has very important theoretical and practical significance.By using of behavioral theory, exploring the impact of different levels of actors on the land use change has become the focus of the analysis of the micro-drive mechanism of land-use change. At present, the relevant research mainly focuses on the micro-entity decisionmaking, group decision-making and impact on land-use change, the construction of simulation platform and so on.Domestic and foreign scholars have applied the multi-agent method to simulate land use change.Based on BDI behavior theory, bounded rational decision making was approved by many scholars.Current researches mostly characterize the "bounded rationality" of decision-making by adjusting or adding factors, however,it is rare to study comprehensively the influencing factors of decision-making of micro-entities.During the study of group decision-making,the interaction between households and the multi-scale transformation of decision-making have always caused the attention of scholars. At the same time,it is also one of the problems that scholars pay attention to to show the simulation results in space.Netlogo simulation platform is widely used in geography due to its easy operation and seamless connection with Arc GIS.This paper intends to simulate the effects of different levels of actors on land use change based on Group-Multi-Agent-System(GMAS)decision model. It includes two aspects: On the one hand, based on the ODD framework and the behavioral theory of BDI,a Household Bounded Rationality Decision-making Model(HBRDM)was built, which reflects the bounded rationality of farmers; On the other hand,by referring to the mutual effects between cooperative organizations and households, this paper explores the transformation methods between individual decision-making of farmers and decision-making of different groups, and constructs Group-Multi-Agent-System(GMAS).It reveal the mechanism of decisionmaking of cooperative groups and their effect on the spatial change of land use in the region, and lays a foundation for elucidating the micro-drive mechanism of land use change by scenario simulation prediction in ecologically fragile regions. The above models are based on the Netlogo platform to intuitively show the interaction between multi-scale households and macro-land use phenomena. After the above analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The HBRDM model can effectively characterize the individual bounded rationality of farmer households. In order to show the effectiveness of HBRDM model which contrast with the BDI model that only considers the interaction and the bounded rationality-resources,this paper takes Matiwa village in Mizhi County,Shaanxi Province as an example. The results showed that the simulation accuracy of HBRDM model improved 4.7% and 8.5% than the other two methods respectively.Meanwhile, the HBRDM model based on the ODD framework is conducive to the comparison of different studies,to facilitate reading and understanding of scholars, and to know the logic and framework of the model.(2)The accuracy of the conversion rules is directly related to the simulation results of the model. The main reason of the simulation error were the "rigid" rule for the cropland conversion and the randomness for planting;Due to empirically determined conversion rules which focus on the rules of crop-land change under most natural conditions, and the small differences in the natural conditions of some plots, there is randomness in the planting of farmers, error rate increased under the conditions.(3)The GMAS model can be effectively applied to the simulation and prediction of land use behaviors of cooperative organizations and other groups. The GMAS model can further reveal the conversion mechanism of behavior decision-making among farmers and cooperative organizations and other groups. The Netlogo platform for secondary programming and development can well reproduce and predict the process of the interaction between the households and the land use phenomenon.Via scenario simulation,it is essential to illustrates the importance of government and cooperative economic organizations for decision making of farmers.Secondly, cooperative economic organizations are more common in the rural. At the rural scale, cooperative organizations can effectively improve the efficiency of land use, raise the degree of land specialization and intensification, improve the degree of integration of land use,and further promote the development of rural spatial reconstruction.
