Research On Structural Reform Of Qianguo Economic Supply Side Under New Normal Condition

At present,the development of China's social economy has entered the key stage of the modernization process,in contrast to the supply-side structural reform,the implementation of demand side management has been unable to meet the needs of China's economic construction and social development.Therefore,in order to adapt to the new normal economy,our country must carry on the supply side structural reform.The implementation of supply-side structural reform not only has a certain impact on China's economic construction and social development,but also on the development of all levels of society,and is the key to the sustainable development of China's social economy.Whether the enterprises can improve the quality of the products and the supply of the market can be improved through the transformation of the supply side structural reform.This paper first analyzes the background of China's supply side structural reform,and studies related theories,and thenQianguo supply side structural reform as an example,starting from the existing problems of Qianguo County social economic structure,this paper expoundsOn the basis of promoting the significance and present situation of the structural reform of supply side,it tightly revolves around Qianguo to promote "the surplus productionCan,go to financial lever,reduce enterprise production cost,complement development short Board“and so on supply side structural reform task implementation,through research Qianguo reform Development Course,deeply analyzed qianguo supply side structural reform process existing deep-seated problem,facing difficulty and circumstance,Based on the experience of some domestic urban supply-side structural reforms,combined with Qianguo County practice,the author puts forward practical suggestions and countermeasures to further improve and perfect the reform measures in line with local realities.In this paper,the main methods adopted in the research and demonstration are data contrast analysis and literature method,through a large number of actual case enumeration and the analysis of standard norms,the Qianguo supply side structural reform is studied.The results show that:(1)The initial results have been achieved in the five aspects of "Qianguo capacity,inventory,deleveraging,cost reduction and short board".However,because the supply-side structural reform involves all aspects of the city,the structural reform of Qianguo supply side is still in a critical period.(2)The Government plays a central role in the supply side structural reform,it is necessary to continue to promulgate relevant policies and adopt effective measures to promote the implementation of the policy;(3)Enterprises should actively respond to the government's call,increase scientific and technological innovation,resolve excess capacity,improve supply quality.
