Research On Decisive Factors Of Network Power Based On The Method Of Heckman

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,network power has gradually developed into academic research focus,any enterprise needs to cooperate with other enterprises and exchange information to maintain their own competitiveness.As long as there is information exchange and knowledge flow,there will be the power network.Power is the basis of network governance.The logical allocation of network power has become one of the effective methods to improve network performance.The study of determinants of network power becomes an impetus of its improvement,which also provides a new way and method for the improvement.In order a deeper understanding of the configuration of network power,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the determinants of network power.This paper is based on the research of enterprise network,which sets the enterprise cluster network of TISCO Stainless Steel Industrial Park as the main analysis object.Based on the existing research results of network organization theory and network power theory,this paper reviews and comments on relevant research documents by literature research method,and draws the conclusion that the determinants of network power mainly include the following four factors: structure factor,knowledge factor,resource factor and ability factor.According to the location of enterprises,their abilities and the availability of knowledge and resources,the paper divides the measurement of influential factors,and establishes a two-stage model of influence and influence potential of network power by Heckman's two-stage method.Using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the paper designs measuring questions and questionnaires,using Stata13.0 to analyze the collected data,probing into the influences of network power factor and influence degree,moreover,looking forward to the future research direction and possible trend.Through research,the paper gets the following conclusion: the structure factor,knowledge factor and ability factor have a significant impact on the enterprise network power possibility.Among them,the structural hole and the scarcity of knowledge have agreat influence on the possibility of network power,while the structural centrality,the key of knowledge,irreplaceability of knowledge,the vision ability of the network and the network construction ability have the second influence on the network power possibility.Structural factors,knowledge factors and network construction ability have a significant impact on the size of network power.The scarcity of knowledge and the capacity of network construction slightly affect the power of the network.Through the research on the influence possibility and impact degree of determinants of network power,this paper provides a direction for the rational allocation of network power,improving the performance of network organization and optimizing the network of enterprises,providing a reference for the network power of related enterprises in TISCO Stainless Steel Industrial Park.
