With the rapid economic development and drastic changes in the market environment,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to gain an advantage in fierce market competition,it must pay full attention to human factors in the enterprise.The employee's active behavior can affect the performance of the company and then affect the company's overall strength.Therefore,if companies want to improve their own competitiveness,they must pay attention to the promotion of employee initiative.There are many factors that affect the employee's active behavior.The leader's leadership style is an important variable factor.Through combing the search of related documents,in the past,leadership styles that influenced employees' active behavior were more focused on transformational leadership,paternalistic leadership,and abusive leadership,while less research was conducted on authorized leadership methods.Authorized leaders value human factors,encourage employees,enhance employees' self-efficacy,and improve their performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to study authorized leaders in modern enterprises that currently face fierce market competition.Although there are some researches on the mechanism of authorized leaders' influence on employees' initiative behaviors,the study on their mechanism of action is still insufficient.Therefore,the research on the mechanism and boundary conditions of the authorized leadership and employee initiative behavior remains to be explored.Based on social exchange theory,this paper attempts to explore the mediating role of leadership recognition between empowered leaders and employee initiative behavior and the regulatory role of employee power distances between authorized leaders and employee leaders.This paper uses SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 to conduct an empirical analysis of a total of 404 employee questionnaires in different domestic enterprises.The final conclusion is drawn as follows: Authorized leaders have a positive effect on employees' initiative behavior and employees' leadership recognition.Employee leadership recognizes that there is a partial mediation between empowered leaders and employees' initiative behavior;employees' power distance negatively modifies the relationship between authorized leadership behavior and employee leadership identities,that is,employees with high power distances.For example,for low-powered employees,authorized leaders have a stronger influence on employees' leadership recognition.Finally,this paper discusses and summarizes the results of data analysis,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving employees' proactive behavior in terms of leadership styles,leadership recognition of employees,and power distance of employees,and proposes the problems and future of this research.Questions for further study.
