With the start of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China,Internet industry is developing with high rapid,more and more enterprises are favored by the telecommuting.As the main body of telecommuting,teleworker have more flexibility in working time and place,and they have more autonomy in working contents and methods.When they lack the connection and communication with the organization and are tempted by the outside world,their willingness to resign will be enhanced.In terms of retention of staff,job embeddedness has a better prediction of dimission intention than job satisfaction.In the mode of telecommuting,the leader gives employees more rights to improve job performance,but it may cause higher rate of dimission,simple leadership can no longer resolve the conflict.The personality traits and psychological perceptions of employees may affect the effectiveness of empowerment.Therefore,this paper focus on active personality and psychological empowerment to explore the relationship between the empowering leadership behavior and job embeddedness.Based on the above content,this paper takes the teleworker as the research object and deeply investigates the definition of empowering leadership behavior,it also builds the theoretical model of empowering leadership behavior and job embeddedness.First of all,based on the literature,this paper analyzes the dimensions and scales of each variable to generate the questionnaire,and then conducts reliability analysis for the pre-research data.Secondly,AMOS22.0 and SPSS22.0 are used to do reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.According to the data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: Empowering leadership behavior has a positive effect on job embeddedness of teleworker;Empowering leadership behavior has a positive effect on psychological empowerment of teleworker;Psychological empowerment of teleworker has a positive impact on job embeddedness;Psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role between empowering leadership behavior and job embeddedness;Proactive personality plays a mediating role between empowering leadership behavior and psychological empowerment.At last,combined with the results of research,this paper provides several advice to improve the management of teleworker and gives some theoretical guidance for the future development of telecommuting.
