With the transformation of manufacturing companies and the reengineering of processes,for many types of small-batch production industries,the application of many advanced technologies such as timely production mode,modular manufacturing,and simulation optimization to achieve capacity optimization has attracted more and more attention from companies.Clothing production as a typical production industry is precisely in this environment to meet the market and improve the internal production system.How to set the lead time to exactly meet the delivery,how few inventory to meet the changing needs,how to coordinate the procurement and production workshops in order to achieve the smallest economic losses,the greatest return,are all considered.The production capacity of the production line was found to be unmatched,how clothing production was improved internally,and whether the actual economic capacity met the facility layout required for capacity expansion.Properly planning the company's capacity ratio and meeting order delivery while reducing costs are at the Institute for Research.This article studies the production logistics system of A garment factory.Because it is a small batch production,it adopts the order-based production mode in the enterprise transformation.After receiving the order,it completes the production according to the delivery date.The third chapter of the article analyzes the garment factory from the production mode,the structure of the factory building,and the interior layout,and finds the reason why the completion rate of the enterprise's order delivery is low and the production capacity cannot meet the requirements of the order.In view of the fact that the garment factory is a very typical productive enterprise,there are various problems in the production process.The theoretical knowledge and the existing simulation technology are applied to the production logistics system of the garment factory to achieve reasonable allocation of reasonable resources.This article uses Flexsim software to model the specific conditions of the garment factory.The garment factory controls the entire production process from building structure to order processing,establishes the actual production simulation model,finds the bottleneck of the production line,establishes an improved model,and completes the production logistics system.optimization.Determine the direction of improvement,use existing funds,andreorganize the site's process to reconsider the timing of the buffer phase.Make necessary evaluation indicators for equipment one by one,consider the impact of the equipment on the production line,turn uncertain factors into evaluation indicators,and come up with an optimization plan that is effective and effective.Create multiple optimization plans for comparative analysis and find a more reasonable improvement model.Eliminated the unreasonable phenomenon of the production logistics system,improved the company's production efficiency,reduced capital outflows,and maintained market share stability.Similarly,the garment factory can establish a real production model based on its own status,analyze the improvement issues,make the production process compact,and save a lot of funds to reduce the risk,and play a role in production decision support.
