Based On The Flexsim The Production System Simulation And Optimization Studies

With the fiercely increasing market competition and energy, materials, human resources'cost rising, the time of high cost for China's automobile enterprises has come compared with the developed countries.Because of this, except the way of the government formulate some specific policies, the enterprises must change to win the survival of economic growth, increase the overall strength of technology while reducing cost. The efficient operation of production managers can effectively reduce the cost of products. The modeling and simulation of production line is a effective way to improve the production equipment utilization. Using simulation software to model and simulate line can get a different requirements on manufacturing and management data, provide the actual theory basis for operation optimization.The better actual system improvement can satisfy the designer's requirements.Production line can be said a large and complex discrete dynamical systems. Based on object-oriented modeling theory, workshop production line of system designed can be changed into a computer simulation model.Using Flexsim software to simulate model repeatly can reduce the cost of actual test in the workshop. Flexsim is an object-oriented simulation software, with a 3D dynamic simulation engines display, modeling efficiently and simplely,etc.The research of Flexsim simulation on production line can provide a real-time dynamic analysis in a short time, give a convenient and optimum selection and plan, provide optimization basis for the managers.This article takes the third factory's auto line of Changan automobile company for example.According to the production management theory and system simulation theory, we use the simulation software Flexsim to establish the key process of painting's model and use it to analyse the existing congestion bottlenecks of tools, proposing two optimization schemes at last.
