Research On The Simulation And Optimization Of Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center System In F City Based On Flexsim

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the role of logistics distribution center has been paid more and more attention. But the operation level of the logistics distribution center in reality is not particularly ideal, overall level of logistics operation is still relatively low, compared to the rapid development of the logistics distribution center system, which has become the research focus of the logistics experts and scholars. With the simulation modeling beginning to be widely used in the study of the logistics distribution center system, logistics simulation has gradually showed its important role. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the application of computer simulation technology in distribution center, this paper has made a new attempt on the simulation of tobacco logistics distribution center combined with Flexsim, which is more suitable for simulation software.This paper reviewes the domestic and foreign research on the improvement and development of the logistics distribution center system, demonstrates the necessity of using simulation methods,introduces the simulation software which is widely used at present, and selectes the simulation software of Flexsim as the simulation tool. This paper analyzes and introduces the general principle of the current simulation of logistics distribution center, the principle of simulation, the simulation steps, research methods,modeling and simulation assumptions and so on, which are common to the logistics distribution center system. Choice of tobacco logistics distribution center of the typical logistics distribution center system to simulate the implementation and optimization of and to the specific F City tobacco logistics distribution center as an example in Flexsim simulation analysis, a sub block of the establishment of simulation model and operation idea of modular modeling of the system operation, F City Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center system simulation model is established, operation and simulation analysis of the output results, find out bottleneck of the current F City Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the existing problems and shortcomings, and repeated simulation and optimization, on the basis of the existing search for optimal operation strategy.
