The emergence of Internet technology has brought about the technological revolution of banking industry,and also caused the transformation of bank customer relationship.Banking industry has entered the era of customer-oriented.With the development of Internet technology,Internet finance has developed rapidly with the help of big data technology.Due to its convenient and fast features,Internet finance has won the love of consumers quickly.It has brought serious impact to traditional commercial Banks in three aspects,namely,traditional deposit business,intermediary business and loan business.Therefore,for ZG bank,one of the four state-owned Banks,to continue to maintain profit growth in the Internet era,it must break the original traditional business philosophy and development model,and learn new Internet business philosophy and model from Internet finance.With the continuous development of China's economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,the disposal of surplus assets is no longer simply for savings,but more for the pursuit of asset appreciation.Therefore,in order to be invincible in the future competition,ZG bank needs to meet people's new needs.This paper takes the customer relationship management of ZG Bank as the research object,aiming at improving ZG bank customer relationship management strategy system,combines literature research with case study,comprehensive analysis with logical induction and other methods to analyze and summarize the current situation and existing problems of customer relationship management of ZG Bank.On this basis,it uses the customer relationship moduel-IDIC Module to identify customers.The optimization of four parts,namely,customer differentiation,customer interaction and customer customization,is to formulate the optimization scheme of customer relationship management in line with the actual situation of ZG Bank,and to put forward corresponding measures according to the optimization scheme and the actual situation of ZG Bank,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme.
