Study On The Effect Of Whole Listing On Company Performance

In China,when the concept of overall listing was first proposed,it was considered an important means to solve the disadvantages of divestment.Now it's a new trend.With the continuous improvement of state policy and the further improvement of state-owned enterprises reform,the number of enterprises that choose to list as a whole is increasing.The Chinese soft shares have opened the way to listing as a whole.In order to understand the effect of the overall listing under the new model,and to prcovide some practical guidance to the company planning to list as a whole,this paper analyzes the effect of the overall listing on the company in terms of market performance,financial performance and cooperative performance.Based on the analysis of events and mutation series,this paper compares and analyzes the performance of the Chinese soft stock before and after the listing.First of all,the author looks up the relevant literature on overall listing and performance.Then the related concepts and necessary theories are summarized.And briefly introduced the whole listing process of Chinese soft stock.Based on the literature review and theory above,the short-term effects of event study on company performance are studied.At the same time,with the combination of mutation series method and entropy value method,the comprehensive performance evaluation of the financial and cooperative performance of the medium and soft stock is carried out,and the change of the overall performance of the stock is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the overall listing has a positive effect on the short-term performance of medium and soft stock,but no positive effect on the long-term performance.Finally,according to the performance of the overall listing of the Chinese soft shares,it provides a reference for the overall listing of software and information technology service enterprises.
