Research On Performance Evaluation Of Gem Listed Companies Based On Catastrophe Progression Method

Due to the acceleration of economic globalization and the gradual optimization of China's economic system,enterprises face more and more challenges.In addition,China has entered the new normal of economic development,and the competition and transformation and upgrading challenges faced by enterprises are more severe.As a high-tech company suggests the market,the gem for innovation level is high,the growth ability of the company provides financing way,to the construction of a multi-level capital market system has played an important role.In the face of fierce competition and challenge,the growth enterprise market to break through the traditional pattern of economic development,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of listed companies,must establish a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation index system.Therefore,how to study the performance evaluation of gem listed companies scientifically and effectively is one of the important research topics that the experts in the current economic field pay attention to.The study of the subject,not only help to improve the growth enterprise market operation mechanism,but also help improve the gem listed company management structure,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the gem listed companies,promote the transformation and upgrading of the gem listed companies.Based on this,this article on the study of the performance evaluation,on the basis of relevant theories,based on the development characteristics of the gem listed companies,construct the evaluation index system based on mutation progression method,and calculation and evaluation of the 54 gem listed company performance in 2014-2016.First of all,on the basis of index selection and mutation system the number of control variables in each layer of no more than four principles to build the evaluation index system,and in 704 the gem listed companies use the Rand function between sample of 54 companies as the sample of this study;Secondly,with the aid of two auxiliary method of principal component analysis(pca)and correlation analysis,confirm the importance of the same system index and index of the relationship between("complementary "or" complementary "relationship),using the normalization formula and the correlation of the same system("complementary" or"complementary" relationship)to measure the gem listed company performance at all levels;Thirdly,the ranking results of performance at all levels were analyzed by using horizontal comparison and vertical comparison,and the performance of 54 listed companies on gem was evaluated objectively and accurately.Finally,based on the analysis of the results it is concluded that the gem listed company performance the most outstanding debt paying ability,operation ability,growth and innovation performance play a critical role in the development of companies listed on the gem,gem listed company performance levels are greatly influenced by national macroeconomic policy,such as the conclusion,and from two aspects:the government and the gem listed company put forward a series of improving performance of listed companies,the gem Suggestions to promote the development of the gem listed companies.
