With the continuous development of economic globalization and the rapid advancement of science and technology,the organizational environment has undergone tremendous changes,and the environmental uncertainties faced by companies and employees have also increased,in such circumstances,the enterprise has not satisfy employees permeates,and employee's passive behavior has not been able to create a good profit for the enterprise.It is urgent for employees to identify the changes of organizational and social environment in a timely manner and take proactive behavior,and put forward feasible Suggestions for the development of the company.But,as employees' silence is becoming more and more prevalent in enterprises,even if employees have a good idea for companies,teams,and colleagues,they will remain silent due to various internal and external reasons.This phenomenon has seriously affected the work atmosphere of the company and the enthusiasm of its employees,and it also can affect employee's proactive behavior.From the perspective of the company,the sense of organizational justice is the atmosphere that employees' feel during the company's work.It can affects the employees' perceptions of the company and their work attitude.It also has a certain degree of impact on their forward-looking behavior.Therefore,the relationship between the employee silence behavior and forward-looking behavior will be affected by the adjustment of organizational justice.Based on the related literature,this paper divides the silence behavior into three dimensions: indifferent silence,implicit silence and defensive silence.This article mainly studies the relationship between employee's silent behavior and forward-looking behavior,and joins the sense of organizational justice as moderator.This article first collates the silent behavior and related fields of forward-looking behavior through literature review,puts forward the theoretical model and theoretical hypothesis of this article,finally tests the hypothesis through questionnaire survey,and puts forward some management opinions on this basis.The empirical analysis results show that the three dimensions of silent behavior have a significant negative impact on the employee's forward-looking behavior;organizational sense of fairness plays a moderating role in the relationship between silentbehavior and employee forward-looking behavior;and distributive justice regulates the relationship between acquiescent silence,defensive silence and prospective behavior;interactive justice plays a regulating role in the relationship between acquiescent silence,indifferent silence and prospective behavior.
