Employee silences is a conscious behavior by employees, refers to employee withholds ideas and suggestions, according to some motives. The employee silences will hazard enterprise's information circulation, reduce the decision efficiency and quality, and damages the development of the company. What's more, the silence behavior reduced employees'organization belonging, will severely impacts their loylty to the organization.Increased the working pressure, hazard workers'health.In view of the negative effect by employee silences, more and more researchers start to pay attention to this phenomenon, this research was foundation in formerly researches on organizational silences, take China's culture as a background,studies the relationship between the organizational justice sense,psychological empowerment and employee silences behavior, provides some enlightenment and suggestions for present's organization manage.The questionnaires this research used are in the foundation from the domestic and foreign research results after essential profiting.Through exploratory factor analysis determined the official questionnaire. Collected 436 effective questionnaires, using t-test and ANOVA analysis, discusses the effect of demographic variables on employees silence; using correlation analysis and regression analysis, explore the influence of organizational justice, psychological empowerment on employees silence; using hierarchical regression analyses the mediator effects of psychological empowerment on organizational justice to employee silence. The study found:First, there are significant differences on employee silences among working years, position, income, unit types and unit scale. Employees of different income and position have the biggest differences in silence behavior.Second, organizational justice sense of employee has a significantly negative effect to silence behavior. Leaders explain have significantly negative influence on the defensive silence, receded silence and employee silence. Distributive Justice has significant negative distribution to receded silence.Third, psychological empowerment to employees had significantly negative effect to silence behavior. Work impact has significantly negative influence on the defensive silence, receded silence and employee silence. Work meaning have significantly negative influence on the receded silence, avoidsive silence and employee silence. Autonomy has significant negative influence to receded silence.Fourth, psychological empowerment plays somewhat an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational justice and employee silences. Specific part of the mediating role exists in the path of leadership explain-work impact-receded silence.
