In recent years,sports lottery in China has developed rapidly,however there are still difficulties to overcome.One of the difficulties is that employees of betting station are unable to accomplish their growing sales tasks,the other one is that illegal lottery continues to occupy the majority of the market,so that the Chinese sports lottery lost a large part of the market profits.To break through this dilemma,the most important thing is tantamount to train high-quality employees of China Sports Lottery betting Station.At the same time of selling lottery tickets,employees should transmit the unique information of Chinese sports lottery products and the value of public welfare culture to the lottery buyers,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the Chinese sports lottery.Now SZ City Management Center of China Sports Lottery faces a lot of difficult problems,such as a performance task is difficult to complete,employee problem and so on.However,the current training system of SZ City Management Center(SZCMC)of China Sports Lottery lacks accurate training demand orientation.The sole content of the training course cannot meet the needs of the staff of the betting station,and there is no follow-up and feedback after training.Therefore,SZCMC urgently needs to establish an effective staff training system in order to meet the needs of its strategic development for talents.This paper summarizes the relevant literature,and analyzes the current situation of employee training system of China Sports Lottery betting Station.This paper also analyzes the current training system adopted by SZCMC by coherently using Goal Setting Theory,Adult Learning Theory,Training Demand Analysis Model,Learning Organization,and the Kirkpatrick Model.Firstly,a training plan that matches the development goal of SZCMC is formulated based on the Goal Setting Theory and combining with the developing strategy of SZCMC.Secondly,professional code is designed and standardized employee career requirements are built on the combination base on Adult Learning Theory,SZCMC rules and regulations with the actual needs of employees.Moreover,interview and research of employee needs were conducted in SZCMC,so as to improve the training courses,training methods,training teachers,training materials and employees' understanding of training,etc.Through improvement,the staff will be informed of their job responsibilities and standards to be met.Thus,staffs awareness of partnership and participation can also be improved,so that employees can better grasp the knowledge and put it into practical use.Therefore,it can meet the demands of the SZCMC for its performance tasks,and promote the corporate culture of China Sports Lottery to the society.Finally,according to the actual situation,and combined with the Kirkpatrick Model,the author can ensure that the improved training system can be adjusted and continuously operated in good time.This paper attempts to improve the current situation of staff training system in SZCMC,hoping to play a certain reference and demonstration role in the training of staff of the China Sports Lottery betting Station.
