| In recently years, lottery has become a new business of economical and social lives in China. There are many reports and books about lottery. Especially with the issue of computer lottery, the sale quantity of lottery goes up quickly. This shows that the lottery has great function of fundraising and wide influence on economy & society development. The lottery is not only a social phenomenon but also an important economical phenomenon. Though the people still has disputes about lottery, the lottery industry has a great development prospect.The lottery is a new industry with large development space in China. Not only does lottery industry contribute a lot in its specific fields, it also imposes significant influence on other business sectors such as publishing, printing, TV, radio, vehicles, and so on. Active development of lottery industry in China will have positive effect on the national economical construction and social development.In this paper, in light of the experience of success in foreign countries, theoretical research and case studies in various lottery-involved areas are systematically carried out according to the current development of the lottery industry in China. On the basis of the thorough analysis of the relationship between lottery industry and the national macro economy, industrial economy and regional economy and the profound probe into the nature of the development of lottery industry, the conclusion that the development of lottery has simulative effect on the national economy was educed. According to the situation of our country, it put forward the suggestion of building the national regional center of lottery market. The index system of choosing the regional center of lottery market was researched deeply. On the above basis, the evaluation index system has been established. This provides theoretical and practical directions and suggestions on choosing the regional center of lottery market. Main contents of the paper are as follows:1. Analysis of the equilibrium of lottery market and the effects of lottery industry is performed. The influence of lottery on industrial and regional economy is studied taking Welfare Lottery and Sports Lottery as examples. And then the analysis of relevancy degree between lottery industry and national economy has been done.2. The behavior of consumer demand for lottery has been researched. And the lottery purchasing action that seems unreasonable was analyzed with the use function of consumer.3. Through the research on the influence of lottery economy, the conclusion of fostering and developing intensively the lottery market was gained. So the assumption of building regional center of lottery in China was put forward. The evaluation index system of choosing the regional center of lottery market and corresponding quantitative model have been established too. At last, the demonstration analysis of every index of eastern seaside city in China and evaluation and ranking about them were conducted. |
