Study On Thedevelopment Of Ba Kun Lake Tourism Town In The Border Area Of Longzhou County,Guangxi

In recent years,China is actively promoting the new urbanization process,the construction of small town tourism as a new starting point for the coordinated development of city and rural areas,to accelerate the local urbanization and break the two structure in urban and rural areas,which has important significance to solve these problems and receives a high degree of attention of the central government.In the time of the reform of the border land reclamation system in our country,the construction of tourist town development in border areas can effectively promote the new urbanization,explore an effective way to reform the border land reclamation system,promote the development of border tourism,as well as achieve the purpose of guarding the border.This article attempts to develop and construct a scientific and feasible border tourism town in Ba Kun Lake of Longzhou border area and proposes the development and construction strategy of this town,based on the traditional reference and Contemporary Enlightenment and on the guidance of the objective conditions of the Ba Kun lake.Hope to provide a reference for the reform of other border land reclamation district in China and can effectively promote the development of frontier tourism in Longzhou.There are 6 chapters in this paper.The first chapter describes the research background,purpose and significance of the study,research summary and research methods.The second chapter combs and summarizes the related concepts and theories.This paper mainly introduces the sustainable development theory,industrial agglomeration theory and urban-rural integration theory.The third chapter mainly introduces the motivation of Longzhou border tourism development and construction of Small Town Lake Ba Kun,including national policy guidance,resource endowment good,border particularity and market demand etc.;The fourth chapter is the focus of this research,supporting the theory and mechanism in the front and putting forward a series of ideas development of tourist towns,such as the scope of the development,construction and development goals and development mode of thinking,positioning,image.The fifth chapter,the specific planning of tourism town,including the functional zoning and layout of the town,as well as the construction of public service facilities,tourism service facilities and infrastructure.The sixth chapter,the main idea of the town post operation and management mechanism and a series of concrete measures,greatly enhanced the development and construction of small town is reasonable,practical and feasible.
