As a neighbor of China's mountainous landscape,it is also China's trade window to ASEAN,and Vietnam has become one of the countries that have searched Chinese merchants for the past few years.Despite its similar geographical location,weather,political system,living habits,festivals,beliefs in the Chinese religion,etc.,Vietnam and Chinese culture,especially business culture,have some differences in the pursuit of traits and ideological differences.In order to enrich the resources for corporate executives under the Vietnamese cultural background to provide relevant research resources,and to provide theoretical,data foundation and reference suggestions for Chinese companies wishing to develop Sino-Vietnamese trade cooperation,this article measures the employee commitment scales of Vietnamese companies,adopts the literature method and Questionnaire issuance analysis method to introduce the employee employee supervisor commitment measurement scale suitable for Vietnamese cultural background,construct the structure of commitment of the employee head of the Vietnamese company,and to verify the commitment of the employee of the Vietnamese enterprise to work commitment,job performance,job satisfaction and turnover intention.The impact of the consequences variable.Referring to scholars such as Chen Zhenxiong et al.(2002),the heads of Chinese enterprise employees committed to the five-dimensional scale.The study found that the heads of employees in China and Vietnam promised to use different scales and also measured different executive commitment structures.In the five dimensions of the commitment of executives of Chinese corporate employees to supervisors,the additional efforts of supervisors,the recognition of supervisors,the contribution of supervisors,and the internalization of supervisory values,the heads of employees of Vietnamese enterprises promised to have four identical dimensions for supervisors.Attachment,recognition of supervisors,contribution to supervisors,and internalization of supervisory values.The extra effort of supervisors promised by the head of the Chinese company's employees is a commitment of the employee head of the company in the context of Vietnamese culture.The study also found that the employee head of a company in Vietnam promised to adhere to the supervisor's attachment to the supervisor,to the supervisor's contribution,to the supervisor's contribution,and to the internalization of the supervisor's values.These four dimensions were job performance,job commitment,job satisfaction,and turnover intention.There are different effects,as follows:1.The commitments made by the heads of employees in Vietnam have a significant positive effect on the "dedication to supervisors","dependency on supervisors","identity on supervisors",and "inner manager's values" on "employees'.work commitment."2.The "dedication to supervisors","dependency on supervisors" and“identity of supervisors" promised by employees of Vietnamese companies are significant for"employee performance",including "internal work performance" and "outside work performance" Positive effect.3.The commitments made by the heads of employees of Vietnamese companies,"Dedicated to supervisors," "Supplement to supervisors," "Identified by supervisors,""Inner management's values," have a significant positive impact on "employee job satisfaction".4.The "commitment to supervisors","identity to supervisors" and "value of internalization supervisors" promised by employees of Vietnamese companies have a significant negative impact on "employee turnover intentions".
