China and Vietnam countries are geographical neighbors and culturally connected with a long history of friendly contacts. It may be claimed that Chinese culture has the greatest influence on the traditional culture of the Vietnamese. Furthermore, Vietnamese still actively create and absorb the essence of Western culture development to grow and gradually form its own unique culture.Professor Wen-Quan Ling et al.(2001) found that the differences with the Mode of Employees’Organizational Commitment between China and Vietnam, in which the mode of China had its special performance due to the the different historical and cultural background.Consequently, it puts forward the research background and contents of this thesis. It is based on the cultural background between Vietnam and China is in substantially similar but not identical, and adapt Professor Ling’s 《Chinese Employees’ Organizational Commitment Questionnaire》to guide us to survey and collect data; Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation model were used to test and verify the theory model of Vietnam employee organization commitment structure, meanwhile, to discuss the sequent variable factors in that. The following conclusions were presented accordingly:1、In different background, the promises of workers’Union in Vietnam is different from3dimension promises in western countries and5dimension promises in China.2、In Vietnam, the4dimension promises of workers’Union contains economic promise, promotion promise, emotional promise and regulation promise. Compare to5dimension promises in China, is no "China promise".3、The4-D promise in Vietnam affects workers in their devotion to work, their satisfactory towards their jobs and their intention to quit their jobs. These4-D promises may lead to different result to the3factors mentioned above.4、For different personal traits, which are different sex, different age, different education level, different jobs and different working period, the4-D promises can be different, too.Finally, this study of the problems and further research work are illustrated.
