With the development of economic and technology, both peoples values and the sense of company management has changed. At the same time, the relationship between enterprise and employee has changed too. Pursuing productive performance, the enterprise also pays attention to the employee. So, how to relationship between enterprise and employee is important for enterprise. Organization commitment is an important concept which can explain the relationship between employee and enterprise. The first man who get the concept of organization commitment is becker who is an Americal social scientist. It becomes concerns of sociology and psychology. At first, Becker exlain that organizational commitment is the willingness of employee who wants to stay in the enterprise, with putting his or her time and skills to the company. Because organization commitment can predict the behavior of employees, so all researchers pay attention to it.There are many factors influencing organizational commitment. From the perspective of organization, the design of the compensation is the most important factor that influenced the satisfaction of employee and the commitment of employee. Now, in chinese enterprises, especially in the small sized enterprise of china, the design of compensation is not perfect, the element of compensation is so simple, so the satisfaction of employee is not so high. So it is harmful for enterprise to remain competitive.This paper aims at analyzing the relationship between the satisfaction of compensation and the organizational commitment of employee, and gives suggestion about human resource management and compensation management, and it is useful to enterprise.At the same time, because of the especially environment of the growth of the enterprise of china. The relationship among employee of the enterprise of china is the relationship of supervisor and subordinate, and it is equal. So, even though the design of compensation is not perfect, improving the relationship between supervisor and subordinate is important for enterprise to raise the commitment of employee. In this paper, the compensation satisfaction is an single dimension. The supervisor and subordinate is divided into three element: affective joint, the obedience to leader, involves in the private life. And the organizational commitment is divided into: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. In my paper, we try my best to analysis the relationship between the satisfaction of compensation and the organization commitment of employee. And analysis the the moderating role of supervisor and subordinate in the satisfaction of compensation and the organization commitment of employee.I hope that through my research, to Chinese enterprise, has improved human resource management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
