With the advent of the "Internet Plus" era,logistics as an emerging industry has been given unprecedented opportunities for development.As an important part of logistics,transportation is directly linked to the reduction of transportation costs and the optimization of logistics costs.Studying the transportation cost of a company has a vital role in improving the competitiveness of the company and increasing the profits of the company.In the total cost of logistics companies,transport costs account for a relatively high proportion,so the research on transport costs of fresh logistics companies has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.As we all know,fresh products have higher requirements on time,and fresh products should be quickly brought into the hands of customers.This puts forward higher requirements on the timeliness of transportation,and controls the cost of fresh transportation of graduate students from the perspective of time constraints.The time constraints include time window constraints and time transition constraints,and the time window constraints include hard time windows,soft time windows,and hybrid time windows.The original literature only considers time window constraints,and vehicles in the actual transport process will make transport difficult due to traffic jams or accidents,resulting in prolonged transport time,that is time conversion constraints.Due to the lack of consideration of the influence of time conversion constraints,the decision makers of logistics companies are subject to deviations in the control of transport time.Therefore,this dissertation chooses to study the transit cost constrained transportation cost model,which can reflect the actual transportation process better.This paper first analyzes the transportation cost constrained by the time window,and then adds the time conversion constraint.In this paper,the minimum cost of transportation is taken as the best target of the model,and then two target models are constructed,and an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the nonlinear problem.Since the number of refrigerated trucks in logistics companies is also an important factor affecting their transportation costs,this paper selects the number ofrefrigerated trucks to analyze the optimal transportation costs,and concludes that the transportation costs are determined by the penalty fee and the refrigeration cost.Finally,through the comparison of the results of the two models,it is concluded that the time conversion constraint has a significant impact on the logistics costs of logistics companies.Through the analysis of the results of the fresh transportation cost optimization model,we propose the following control measures: designing a scientific transportation network,strengthening the accounting and assessment of transportation costs,introducing talents specialized in logistics,and raising the awareness of time conversion.
