With the increasing problem of population aging in China,commercial insurance is an important way to share social security pension burden,which has great potential for development.As the main source of insurance income,the demand of individual agent is increasing.At present,R Life Insurance Company still use the "huge-crowd strategy",which means it still relying on increasing agents to improve sales performance.Under this kind of extensive management,the high turnover rate of individual agents in the Guangxi branch of R Life Insurance Company has become a problem that cannot be ignored.How to analyze the reason of individual agent's departure and management measures,to reduce the turnover rate of individual agents,and even the health of the whole insurance industry sustainable development has important practical significance.In this paper,on the basis of theoretical research,starting from the practical problems,selecting the individual agents in Guangxi branch of R Life Insurance Company as the research samples,through the sampling survey of job satisfaction questionnaire with the on-the-job agents in the Guangxi branch,combined with interviewing the agents who have quitted from the company,to analyzes the main reasons for the individual agent's turnover of the Guangxi branch of R Life Insurance Company,and proposes the management countermeasures.Through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the salary and welfare level,work pressure and family factors are the main reasons for the individual agent's leaving.Through the depth interview with the agents who have quitted from the company,it is concluded that the individual agent income less but spending more,the strict attendance system,the team voluntary turnover and the high evaluation index as the main leaving reason.According to the research conclusion,the management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from recruitment,training,salary and welfare.
