In1992, the individual insurance agent system has been introduced into china. From then on, the individual insurance agent system as the main sales channels of China’s insurance industry, obtained high speed development, brought the prosperity of China Life Insurance Market.Pingan Life Insurance Company branch in Jinan obtained high-speed development depending on the insurance individual agent channel, and has become the second largest life insurance company in Shandong market. Rapid growth covered the problems of individual agents marketing channel and the individual insurance agent system of Pingan Life Insurance Company branch in Jinan begins to show a series of problems with life insurance in market Shandong becomes more mature. First, members of the insurance marketing quantity growth stagnated; Second, although the enormous increase in cost, difficult to recruit suitable insurance salesman; Third, the Shandong life insurance market grows rapiply in economy and social income level, but the insurance payment is lack of growth. In this context, the individual agents marketing channel of Pingan Life company branch in Jinan need find how to resolve such problems to maintain rapid development.Based on the analysis of life insurance marketing channel theory, this thesis studies the personal insurance agent channel and the scale and distribution insurance sales of Pingan Life company branch in Jinan.Then the thesis analysis the factors that caused the current problems of the Pingan Life company branch in Jinan. Based on the human development index key KPI data analysis, pointed out the Pingan Life Jinan branch insurance human development problems. Aiming at these problems, this paper adopts the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis method, and the help of interdisciplinary knowledge of labor economics, Ping’an Life Ji’nan branch insurance manpower development difficulties from the system itself, situation of economic and social development, population quantity limitation and internal management of the four aspects to make the analysis. Among them, to labor economics theory established on the basis of individual life insurance agent labor supply model of Shandong Province in recent years, the economic and social development brings residents wealth accumulation, price level rises, the society is average salary increased to substantially three of Ping’an Life Ji’nan branch insurance manpower development impact are analysed. At the same time, put forward Ping’an Life Ji’nan branch insurance channels of human development and individual life insurance agent system itself, individual life insurance agent quantity in the total market population proportion, an insurance management level and economic and social development trend are related. On the basis of the above study the thesis proposed a series of solutions to current problems of Pingan Life company branch in Jinan:reform the pay system of individual agent and improve the competitiveness of insurance industry, promote the comprehensive financial strategy and expand the income sources of individual agent, promote the rural market strategy and expand the individual agent room to grow, and regulate the channel management of the branch and enhance the quality of new individual agent.This paper studies the current Pingan Life Jinan branch insurance channel with current company owned resources and external economic situation through the reasonable countermeasure to solve a risk of channels of human development problems, maintain an insurance of human sustainable development has a positive and practical significance, to enhance the Ping’an Life Ji’nan branch insurance channel the agent continues to increase confidence to have very strong direct sense.The research of this thesis to solve the current problem is also of great value for marketing chaanel of the insurance.
