The Research On The Six-party Collaborative Governance Model Of Food Safety In Collaborative Governance Perspective

As a life-sustaining substance,food is the basis for human survival and development.Food safety is related to people's health and life safety.Food safety has always been the focus of public attention.Food safety is an indicator of the people's quality of life and social development.At present,China's food safety situation is generally stable and gradually improved.But food safety incidents occur frequently.Food security governance still needs to be improved.In recent years,China's food safety regulatory model has made a lot of reform.The overall food safety situation in China has also been greatly improved.At present,the government is still in the absolute leading position in the governance of food safety and the participation of other social parties is low.With the socio-economic development,the government-led food safety governance model can not effectively play a role.Multiple social principal parts participating in food safety governance has become a general trend.The purpose of this paper is to explore an effective food safety governance model,which is in line with China's national conditions.This is the six-party collaborative governance model of food safety.The existing research is still relatively lacking in multiple social principal parts participating in food safety governance.The research methods of this article include literature research,theoretical analysis,data analysis,case study and comparative analysis.This article analyzes food safety status and several major food safety incidents.This article finds out the problems in the current food safety governance in China and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of food safety collaborative governance.Referencing to the theory of collaborative governance and learning from the advanced experience in the food safety management of developed countries,this article proposes a six-party collaborative governance model.Government departments,food producers and operators,consumers,media,food industry associations and food inspection agencies are involved in food safety governance.This paper analyzes the governance mode and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the level of food safety in China.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide a new idea for the food safety governance in China,and play a certain reference role in the development of theory and practice of food safety governance.
