The Strategy Research On The Selection Of China's Cross-border E-commerce Overseas Warehouse Model

In recent years,China's cross-border electricity providers are developing rapidly,and are in the golden age of rapid development.Meanwhile,in order to support the vigorous development of cross-border electricity providers better,overseas warehouses have also become a hot topic in recent years.Overseas warehouse has the advantages of reducing logistics costs,improving logistics efficiency,accelerating product exposure rate,improving customer satisfaction and to openning up the market;at the same time,it's limitations are high cost of self built warehouse,limited restrictions positions in cooperation with third parties and localization requirements etc..Therefore,not all cross-border e-commerce is suitable for overseas warehouses.At the same time,the choice of different oversea warehouse modes will vary from persn to person.The paper first analyzes the theoretical basis and typical models related to the domain of cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses,then studies the development situation,and analyzes the selection of overseas warehouse model through the analysis and research on cost analysis method,combined with the Osell for case analysis,and put forward the suggestions on cross-border business overseas warehouse mode selection.The main points of this paper are as follows:(1)The choice of logistics mode of cross-border electricity providers is mainly influenced by inventory turnover rate.The higher the inventory turnover rate is,the more inclined to use overseas warehouses.The improvement of institutional environment promotes the application of overseas warehouse mode,and the increase of cross-border demand is also an important incentive to choose overseas warehouses.In addition,due to the economies of scale,self-suport will be a wise choice for a large B2C cross-border e-commerce enterprise with large business volume.(2)In order to promote the development of cross-border electricity providers,the government should improve laws and regulations,policy support and foreign trade facilitation.The industry should strengthen personnel training,and enterprises should be suitable,focus on localization,improve professional standards and personalized services.
