In the process of enterprise management and development,how to do a good job for the employee performance management and incentive is an inevitable problem for every enterprise.At present,China's enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,are at a historical turning point to further deepen the reform.The governance institutions of enterprise must be effectively established.The reform of internal control system is deepened.Constantly play the employees' enthusiasm and creativity,so as to realize the strategic goal of enterprise management gradually.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are briefly discussed,the status of the research at home and abroad is analyzed,and the related theories of performance management and incentive mechanism are briefly reviewed.The compensation model is introduced.At the theoretical level to ayalyze,the paper puts forward a diversified assessment incentive system,and gives a brief introduction of its concept,significance and application advantages.Then,based on the elaboration of the theory,The paper discuss the practice.The multiple assessment incentive system applicated in R company is regarded as a case.It introduces the basic situation of R company and expounds the background of the implementation of the diversification assessment incentive system,and focuses on the application and effect of R company.Through the case analysis,we further find out the problems of the application of diversified assessment incentive system in R company,and deduce the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.It is expected that through this article,it can put forward more perfect ideas for domestic enterprises to introduce diversified assessment incentive system.
