| Tianjin Port,located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, east of Bohai Sea, is the largest integrated port in the north of China. It is an important foreign trade port. It is operated by the Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd. It has many subsidiaries, the organizational structure tends to flatten, which leads to the complexity human resources management. The developing goal of Tianjin Port Group is "To become a beautiful Port" and "To become one of first-class enterprises". Therefore,Tianjin Port Group is particularly concerned about the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism. Based on the example of enterprise incentive mechanism and performance reform in Tianjin Port, this paper studies the relationship between human resource incentive mechanism and performance in Tianjin Port. The main research contents are listed below:1. By studying various types of enterprises、domestic and overseas research results, this paper discusses the characteristics of incentive mechanism and performance management, so makes the research direction of this paper.2. Through analysis the concept of incentive mechanism and performance management theory, the author summarizes the core theory of incentive mechanism and performance management, which lays a theoretical foundation for studying the incentive mechanism and performance management system in Tianjin Port.3. Summarizes the findings of the performance management and incentive mechanism in company, analyzes the causes of the current situation, and provides the basis for the construction of performance management and incentive mechanism.4. Based on the problems existing in the performance management and incentive mechanism of the company, the objectives and principles of performance management are established, and the methods of performance management and incentive mechanism construction are put forward, the relationship between incentive mechanism and performance is analyzed and studied, which provide theoretical help for the evaluation and implementation of the A company’s performance appraisal scheme.5. According to the A company’s performance appraisal program implementation effect, the writer evaluates the feasibility of this program. |
