Based on the company’s patent agents working C satisfaction survey found problems in the existing incentive system. These issues include: competitive incentive rewards, career planning is missing, the training system is incomplete, imperfect, patent agent career development path is not smooth. Patent agent incentive imperfect system, unreasonable, resulting incentive effect is not obvious, can not provide a good service for the realization of the company’s strategic goals, improve patent agents would not achieve positive role in improving the workBased on the above problems, the paper proposes an agent system optimized C’s patented design, including: optimizing incentive compensation plan, establish a scientific system of patent agent training, career planning norms patent agents, patent agents to improve self-realization, etc.. On this basis, the paper also safeguards patent agent incentive program put forward suggestions. Include: support for the company’s senior leadership to develop a fair system of supervision and incentive programs, patent agents and reasonable measures to establish incentive management system.Thesis believes, C companies to optimize the design of the original patent agent incentive system is imperfect, will help improve the efficiency of communication with C Company management between patent agents, patent agents will help improve the efficiency and enthusiasm, will help improve Patent Attorneys sense of belonging and a sense of mission, will help improve confidence in the company’s development of patent agents, and C for improving the company’s competitive advantage has great significance.
