The current national policy is more and more tend to "three rural" areas,the new agricultural development company rapid rise,many enterprises have entered the industry,which greatly promoted the development of agricultural enterprises in our country.But many agricultural company only in the whole industry has done is good for support on policy,as a whole is also a development direction of the vulgar.Enterprises want to Stand out from the crowd in the fierce market competition and be able to long-term development,must adopt effective competitive strategy,form their own competitive advantage.LJ company was founded in July 2012,covers an area of 745 acres,mainly cultivation and sales pollution-free grapes.So far,most of these rural farming businesses are grown--selling agricultural products.For the firm's research,it's a model for the development of rural agribusiness.In this paper,LJ company as a study case,the use of Porter's five forces model as an analytical tool to analyze LJ external market environment in which the company derived: the current business environment in which the industry downturn,increased competitive pressures within the industry;product trends within the industry at the same phenomenon seriously,the company's existing products,the degree of differentiated services with competitors narrowing brand single serious,resulting in insufficient market competitiveness;enterprises need to establish a market "firewall" in the product,marketing channels,services and other aspects of the brand as well as the formation of differences with other companies in the same industry to enhance their competitiveness.At the same time,through the company's existing core capabilities and enterprise resources drawn from the analysis: the difference may exist in the design and production of corporate,brand building,marketing channels and service aspects of product and for the four areas differentiation strategy and propose specific embodiments.The competition strategy research through to LJ company would enhance LJ company competition ability and have a certain role for the identification of other similar enterprises.
