At present,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,it is the basic competition of talent.Training investment is the main part of human capital investment.Only by training,enterprises can realize the value of human resources.In the activities of human resources development,staff training is the main means adopted.To improve the comprehensive quality of employees,to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in an all-round way,and to achieve good economic benefits,the most fundamental way is to train staff.SDS rural commercial bank after years of practice and development,the deepening reform of personnel training system,has achieved remarkable results,but the current from the foreground,the training system still exists some problems,such as lack of training organization structure,the lack of sound strategic training plan,the lack of a sound training system.How to optimize the training system of SDS agro business staff and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of SDS agriculture and commercial banks has become an important subject in this paper.Through in-depth study of related theory,combined with the actual situation of work,through the methods of literature research,investigation,case study,SDS rural commercial bank teller training system research,this paper proposed SDS rural commercial bank staff training system optimization measures,to provide help for its development.The contents of this paper can be divided into the following six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of this thesis,the main research methods,research content and technical route;the second part is an overview of the basic concepts and related theories,mainly the implementation of staff training concept,training methods and training,for the writing laid the foundation;the third part is the analysis of current situation of SDS rural commercial training and the existing problems,firstly analyzes the SDS rural commercial bank survey,the current situation of employee training,and finds out the existing problems of bank staff training by questionnaire;The fourth part is the optimization design of the training system for the SDS agricultural commercial bank.First,the objectives and principles of the optimization of the training system for the front desk clerk of the SDS agricultural commercial bank are clarified.Then the optimal design scheme is put forward from the improvement of the training demand analysis,the improvement of the training plan,the implementation of the training organization,the training evaluation and so on.The fifth part is the safeguard measure.The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of improving the relevant training system,constructing thelearning organization,changing the training concept,and constructing the incentive system of training and evaluation.
