Nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet industry,Internet industry practitioners and relevant industry knowledge are rapidly iterating.How to achieve the most efficient training in the shortest time and whether the training results well meet the company's ability requirements for employees have become a problem of great concern to Internet enterprises.F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.is an industry between the Internet and the media.It not only needs to run in small steps and iterate rapidly like the Internet industry,but also needs to have professional content and humanistic feelings possessed by the media.In this case,the company's training system needs to be constantly updated and adjusted according to the specific situation,and should have certain solidified content.Therefore,F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.will increase training effectiveness evaluation to a certain value of height,and wish to make researches among the company's internal management,human resources,internal trainer and so on,and extract the key pain points in the process of company training effect evaluation.Based on which is written above,this paper will study how to evaluate the training effect for the internal training of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.from the perspective of training effect and strategy and performance.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and purpose,research methods,research ideas and overall framework of this paper.Chapter 2 is a summary of training effect evaluation theory.This paper analyzes the advanced theories and excellent cases of training effect evaluation programs at home and abroad,extracts key contents from the theoretical basis of kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model and its improved model,hamblin model,phillips ROI model and kauffman evaluation model,and combines the existing practical training evaluation cases to deduce the theoretical basis of training effect evaluation.Chapter 3 is an overview of the evaluation status of the internal training effect in F New Media Technology Co.Ltd..Through interviews with the management,lecturers and students,this paper will learn the cognition and feelings of these three groups of people on the internal training effect evaluation of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.at the present stage,analyze the current situation and problems of the internal training effect evaluation,analyze the causes of these problems,and find out the problems that can be improved and those that cannot be improved.Chapter 4 is the design of the improvement scheme of the internal training effect evaluation of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd..This chapter will combine the previous analysis on the improvement scheme design of the internal training effect evaluation of ifeng,and analyze the current situation and research conclusions of the internal training effect evaluation of ifeng in the early stage.Based on the Patrick's four-level evaluation model(the four-level ke's evaluation model)and phillips' penetrative rate of return model as the main theoretical basis,this chapter proposes the improvement scheme,objective,content and implementation steps of the internal training effect evaluation of ifeng,so as to provide the improvement design of the training evaluation scheme.Chapter 5 is to put forward the guarantee measures and effect evaluation of the internal training effect evaluation scheme of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd..In order to ensure that the design of this improvement scheme can be implemented accurately and effectively in accordance with the plan,we will propose the attention of the organizational leadership,the guarantee of the training and evaluation system and relevant incentive methods for this scheme at the same time,so as to ensure the implementation effect of this improvement scheme and give the effect evaluation after implementation.Chapter 6 is the basic conclusion of this paper,the limitations of the evaluation program and the summary of the further work.To discuss and study the improvement of training effect evaluation program of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.is conducive to improving the effect of F New Media Technology Co.Ltd.in future training,clarifying the goal and significance of training work,changing the current situation of unprofessional and formalized training effect evaluation,and providing reference experience for the design and implementation of subsequent training.
