Financial Analysis Of YYRJ Company Based On Harvard's Analytical Framework

Financial statement,as a structural expression of corporate financial status,business results and cash flows,can summarize the financial consequences of business activities.The effective analysis of financial statements is more closely related to other management activities of enterprises.The financial strategy formulation based on financial statement analysis is based on the analysis of listed companies' continuous financial statements for several years,and explores the company's financial strategy hidden under the financial statement data.This paper attempts from the angle of financial analysis,using the Harvard analysis framework,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis on the financial YYRJ company,in order to find out the existing problems in the development of the company,and puts forward related suggestions,in order to pave the way for the further development of enterprises,can also provide a reference for other enterprises of the same industry.This paper takes the YYRJ company as the research object,using the Harvard Analysis Framework of the five-year financial statements analysis method for the development of YYRJ company's financial strategy.First of all,this paper summarizes the basic theories of the research from the analysis of financial statements and the theory of the Harvard analysis framework,and then analyzes the basic situation of the YYRJ company.On the basis of a brief introduction to YYRJ company,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the company from four aspects: the organizational structure of the company,the status of human resources,the main products of the company,the basic financial data of the company and the financial analysis of the YYRJ company under the framework of the basic Harvard analysis.Thirdly,we use Harvard analysis framework to analyze four aspects of company's strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.Finally,on the basis of previous analysis,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for YYRJ company's strategic development from two aspects of strategy and finance.
