Financial Analysis Of Hua Tian Hotel Group Company Limited Based On The Harvard Analysis Framework

Hotel industry is a part of China's tertiary industry,its good development has a tremendous role in promoting China's economic market.However,with the changes in the economic cycle and the changes in national policies,the development of the hotel industry in recent years has been somewhat weaker than before.How to find the insufficiency of such enterprises through scientific and effective financial analysis and propose corresponding countermeasures is an urgent problem to be solved in the sustainable development of the hotel industry in China.Huatian Hotel as a representative local key enterprise among state-owned sole proprietorship enterprises,has a great impetus to the regional economy.This article uses the Harvard analysis framework to conduct a detailed analysis of Huatian Hotel in order to find out its problems in the development process and try to put forward corresponding development proposals.This article is divided into five chapters.The first two chapters briefly describe the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and theoretical basis.In the third chapter,through the financial statements and annual reports of Huatian Hotel from 2011 to 2016,the financial status of the four aspects of development strategy,quality of accounting information,changes in financial data,and forecast of the outlook are objectively analyzed.The fourth chapter summarizes the analysis conclusions and proposes reasonable development suggestions accordingly.The last chapter is the concluding remark.While summarizing this article,it puts forward the deficiencies in the article.The study found that Huatian Hotel's development environment is good,the company's accounting information is real and effective,and the implementation of accounting policies complies with national regulations,but it faces greater industrycompetitiveness,lack of corporate strategy formulation,corporate profitability and solvency All of them are relatively weak,and the structure of assets and liabilities is irrational.The development of enterprises is greatly affected by policies.Based on the problems faced by the company's development,relative development proposals have been put forward in four aspects: strengthening its own competitiveness,adjusting its diversified development strategy,optimizing the structure of its assets and liabilities,and adjusting its business ideas to adapt to changes in its policies.
