The electric power industry is the lifeblood industry of our country's economic development.Its healthy and stable development will directly determine the speed of China's economic take-off.Since the 70 s,China's electricity market reform has gone through more than 40 years.With the continuous deepening of the reform,the monopoly situation of electricity and electricity price of the power generation enterprises is gradually becoming more and more gradual.In 2015,since Chongqing launched the pilot reform of electricity selling side,the proportion of direct trading in electricity market has gradually increased,and electricity market competition has become increasingly fierce.The traditional hydroelectric power generation industry lacks the experience of marketing,and has no experience for customer service.It has not adapted to the market situation that the current enterprise is facing.Therefore,the electricity and electricity enterprises can not continue to bury the hair electricity and ignore the management of the enterprise.It is necessary to strengthen the study of the market rules,change the marketing model of "wait for" and actively participate in the tide of electricity market reform,and actively participate in the competition with all parties in the market strategy.This paper first reviews the process and Enlightenment of the electric power industry reform at home and abroad.Through the previous investigation,we understand the general situation of L power generation company and the development of electric power marketing.On this basis,the macro environment and situation analysis of L power generation company are carried out.According to the problems appearing in the marketing management,the product portfolio,the pricing strategy,and the brand are made.In the aspects of construction,promotion method and marketing talent reserve,some suggestions are put forward.By providing high difference and high value-added services to the customers,consolidating the original market advantage and developing new competitive advantages,in the critical period of the system transformation,it is not rainy to respond early to,research and formulation adapt to the external environment.Changes,suitable business strategy suited to the characteristics of enterprises,lay the strength for the development of the company.
