For a long time, China's power industry has been subject to national policy,political system and business model and other factors for long time. The overall market development is slow. As the main body of the market, power supply enterprises who participate in the electricity market competition will become the inevitable trend of China's socialist market economy development. At the same time, the national economy is continuing to grow. The public who demands for electricity resources is also growing. Based on this, in recent years, the state vigorously advocated sell electricity side of the electric power industry reform, the new situation is imperative which the electric power enterprise under must improve the existing customer marketing management strategy.Based on S power supply bureau, Guangdong province as the research object, the article first combined the research of electric power marketing foundation at home and abroad with actual situation in S power supply bureau. At the same time, the article systematically analyzes the electric power marketing of S power supply bureau is facing the political environment, economic environment, social environment, science and technology and environmental protection environment such as macro environment,competition environment, the internal micro environment of the power industry. Then on the basis of it,we found that S power supply bureau is facing the government favorable policy, social life of electricity demand growth and external development opportunities at the same time, also face the local economy developed slowly, the threat of electricity increased difficulties of recycling and other aspects. At the same time, the S supply bureau in the reform of electric power marketing, production management, brand image, technology, talent reserves, development of power grid and there was significantly advantage, several aspects in personnel overall quality,management system and marketing level, as well as disadvantages.Based on the previous analysis, considering the background of the reform, the environment of the S power supply bureau, this article think the advise are from five aspects(such as the product strategy, service marketing strategy and so on) to systematically develop the electric power marketing strategy of the S power supply bureau. At the same time, the enterprise culture to develop and complete system,information system,personnel training,performance evaluation and control,financial policy guarantee scheme can ensure the smooth implementation of the S power supply bureau's electric power marketing strategy. The article provides certain reference to help the S power supply bureau finish the electric power marketing business in the future. Moreover, we hope provide some reference to help the other of the same type power supply bureau could finish electric power marketing reform in the future.
