| In recent years,the reform of the salary system of China's petroleum and petrochemical enterprises has attracted the attention of the people throughout the country.It has also been listed in the hot topics of the “two sessions” in recent years,and has also been frequently mentioned in government work reports of the state and major provinces and cities.The pay gap is one of the focuses of the reform of the pay system of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.The level of pay and the overall fairness are the most concerned issues for oil and petrochemical enterprises.Only a reasonable pay gap can be set up for petroleum and petrochemical companies to ensure the enthusiasm of employees and the enterprise The stability of the team,thereby enhancing the staff's work efficiency and creativity,which in turn helps to enhance the company's value.An empirical analysis of the relationship between the pay gap of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and the value of the company will not only help enrich the research content of the pay structure,but also help the company to strengthen its operations and management and enhance its corporate value.This article mainly uses literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis.First of all,combing and evaluating relevant theories and literature on the impact of pay gap on corporate value;Secondly,selecting 57 A-share oil and petrochemical enterprises from2007 to 10 years of relevant data,and analyzing the pay of senior executives in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.The remuneration of employees,the pay gap between senior executives and ordinary employees,and the current state of pay gaps and corporate value among senior management teams;again,taking corporate market value as the dependent variable,executive compensation,senior executives' on-the-job spending,general employee compensation,executives and general The employee salary gap and the internal management salary gap of the senior management team are independent variables,and the company size,asset-liability ratio,the two-chairmanship status of the chairman and the general manager,and the concentration degree of the shareholder are the control variables to construct the compensation and corporate value,pay gap and corporate value.Based on the multiple regression model,the study found that executive compensation and executive consumption have a significant negative effect on corporate value,that ordinary employee compensation has a significant positive effect on corporate value,and that the pay gap between executivesand ordinary employees is significant for corporate value.Negative impact,there is no significant correlation between the internal pay gap and the corporate value of the senior management team;Based on the research results,it puts forward suggestions for optimizing the salary gap and salary structure of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,such as lowering executive compensation and increasing the salaries of ordinary employees;optimizing the income distribution pattern and narrowing the pay gap;and simultaneously improving the design of the compensation system and supervising the consumption of senior executives.Control the size of enterprises and the level of debt.It provides certain practical basis and theoretical support for the oil and petrochemical enterprises to improve the pay gap system. |
