Research On Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation Of Petroleum And Petrochemical Eenterprise In China

In China, the evaluation of social responsibility is increasingly becoming one of theimportant indicators in enterprise. In2008, the state-owned assets supervision andadministration put forward relevant requirements to fulfill social responsibility aspects incentral enterprises for the first time, and published “Guidance on the central enterprises tofulfill their social responsibilities”. In2012, state-owned enterprises social responsibility ofthe steering committee was established, pushing the central enterprises to fulfill socialresponsibility better. Thus, under the background of globalization, enterprises actively fulfillthe social responsibility has been the trend of the Times. As was petroleum and petrochemicalenterprises. As the relationship of the national economy and people’s livelihood enterprises,petroleum and petrochemical enterprises actively fulfill the social responsibility in the longrun, setting up good business image, in order to realize the sustainable development of theenterprises. Therefore, constructing social responsibility performance index system forPetroleum and Petrochemical enterprises in China is very necessary.It is perfect that constructing the social responsibility performance evaluation indexsystem of China’s Petroleum and Petrochemical enterprises and applying to the specificenterprise, and can increase the social responsibility performance and financial performance.On the basis of in reference a large number of literature, this paper first introduces themeaning of social responsibility and social responsibility performance of China’s Petroleumand Petrochemical enterprises, and analyses the theoretical basis of social responsibilityperformance and social responsibility. Then, according to the definition of socialresponsibility and social responsibility performance implications, the social responsibilityperformance evaluation index system of the Petroleum and Petrochemical enterprises isdesigned. Then we use analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method setting up theweights of every index in the index system. And we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod and expert evaluation method to determine the membership degree of each index, andfurther according to determine the membership degree of fuzzy evaluation on the performanceof Sinopec’s social responsibility, obtaining the final evaluation results.
