In this paper, based on the relevant theoretical research, through the analysis of the factors that affect the loss of XG Petrochemical Co., Ltd., put forward the countermeasures to control the loss of staff. To improve the competitiveness of the same port enterprises, XG Petrochemical Co., Ltd. without the need for a large number of technical updates, as long as the guarantee that the production equipment is relatively stable, safe premise and reduce staff unreasonable loss, improve the skills of operating personnel, operation efficiency and safety awareness, will enhance the enterprise the competitive power.XG Petrochemical Company Limited is a company specializing in the storage and handling of hazardous chemicals. Safe production and efficient handling is a necessary condition for the survival and development of the company. Line operator is the basis for the loading and unloading efficiency and safety operation of Surety Company. Employees are relatively stable, especially the experience of the staff is not the loss of the company's survival and development is very important thing.In the past three years, there has been a lot of staff turnover, and the safety production, loading and unloading efficiency, economic efficiency and customer satisfaction of XG petrochemical company have been greatly affected. In recent years large petrochemical enterprise frequent accidents? In these accidents are caused by the illegal operation of personnel. Thus engaged in hazardous chemicals practitioners is the enterprise safety guarantee, is one of the most important factors of safety in production in enterprises so the loss of this kind of enterprise employees on the operation and management of the enterprise is serious and far-reaching impact.This case study of XG Petrochemical Co., Ltd. three representative member of staff Wang Feng. Liu monitor and ordinary employees gang before and after leaving office were described in detail.
