As capital continues to enter the logistics industry,a new round of competition is continuing,with the continuous infiltration of the Internet and the constant upgrading of technology and facilities,making the whole logistics industry more competitive.E-commerce makes enterprises and individuals increasingly demand and demand for logistics,so enterprises should think about what kind of change can not disappear in the fierce competition.Enterprises can demonstrate their competitiveness through cost leadership,target aggregation and differentiation,which is the competitive advantage of enterprises.The competitive advantage of an enterprise is a comprehensive reflection of its ability in the market competition.In the buyer's market,its competitive advantage is more reflected in the competitiveness of its products.Product is to connect enterprises,competitors and customers,product competitiveness is the external manifestation of enterprise competitive advantage.This paper explains the competitive advantage of enterprises through the evaluation of product competitiveness.At home and abroad in this paper based on related literature of logistics product competitiveness,expounds the connotation of logistics product properties,from the perspective of logistics products to study how to obtain competitive advantage,through the literature,analysis,express delivery company product and customer interviews,and determine the function of products,product quality,product prices,product brand and the convenience in five aspects,established the consists of 15 indicators of express enterprise product competitiveness index system.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods,an appropriate evaluation method is selected,that is,using bifocal soft set.This method is highly inclusive to data and can deal with the uncertainty and incompleteness of data.An analytical model of product competitiveness of express delivery enterprises based on bifocal soft sets was established.Through empirical analysis of logistics products in the express industry,four key indicators,namely loss and damage rate,comprehensive image of staff,brand awareness and market coverage,are obtained.These four indicators in the present is the key to promote the competitiveness of the logistics products,so put forward through the standardized operation process to reduce the loss rate,through comprehensive pre-job and on-the-job training of staff image,through suitable marketing means to enhance the brand awareness,through the win-win cooperation,expand the coverage of the market.Logistics enterprises should establish alliance relationship with upstream and downstream enterprises to provide suitable supply chain management,logistics finance and other services for upstream and downstream enterprises.Through the integration of resources in the supply chain to achieve win-win cooperation and benefit sharing.Enterprises can improve their competitiveness through targeted resource tilt,so as to effectively avoid market risks.
