City Logistics Performance Evaluation Based On Bijective Soft Set

City is the carrier of social civilization,while logistics is the bloodline of city.City logistics is an important part in production,circulation,consumption Cohesn.It plays an important role in the process of promoting the city industry development and improveing the economic efficiency.Through its operations,the city of all kinds of factors of production can be optimized configuration and realize the scientific allocation of resource.With the development of economy and the progress of the society,the quality and quantity of the city logistics have further requirements.It pay more attention to industry collaboration,technology innovation,integrated service,cost intensive.The high pollution and low efficiency of traditional logistics development model will eventually be abandoned.Under such a background,improveing the city logistics performance and establishing an efficient and smooth traffic,economy and securityof city logistics system is imperative.Only in this way,can we make the city logisticts meet the needs of times development,and get healthy and long development.In this paper,To improve the city logistics performance is the purpose,the city logistics related theory and soft set theory is a foundation,bijection soft sets is the research methods.Through combination of theoretical research and empirical research,The city logistics performance evaluation model was built,and the way of thinking through the full text.the main research contents include:(1)basic research;through the city logistics and soft set theory combing literature at home and abroad,we can grasp its development and the present situation,Through combintion the predecessors' achievements and self thinking,it lay a theorettoical foundation and fing the innovative breakthrough.(2)The construction of city logistics performance evaluation system.This article analysis the relationship of city logistics performance and five aspects such as the economic base,flow capacity,infrastructure construction,industrial environment,logistics environmental protection and so on.And on the basis of the five dimensions,it buildes city logistics performance evaluation index system covering economic,social,environmenta;(3)Case analysis.This article selects several represent ativenatioal logistics city as the research sample,and gets raw date of each sample,and carries on the standardization and soft set language,introduces bijection soft et theory for model building,it is concluded that the calculation results in the end.The result shows:First,the four aspect such as economic base,flow capacity,infrastructure construction,and industrial environment are the main factors ininfluencing the urban logistics performance.City logistics managers can measure according to their own actual situation to improve the city logistics;Second,the city logistics in the construction of environmental protection is not ideal,it has a larger development space in the future.
