Research On The Suitability Evaluation Of Rural Residential Land In Karst Region

Rural residential area is the main place for rural population to live in China.Rural residential land is the main form of rural land use.The overall arrangement and rational planning of rural residential land use is of great significance to change the farmers' production and life style,improve the rural ecological environment and promote the intensive and economical utilization of rural land.The suitability evaluation of rural residential land use is one of the basic work to optimize the spatial distribution of rural settlements,improve the efficiency of rural land use,and guide the scientific management of rural residential land use.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant research progress at home and abroad,this paper takes the Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County of Karst as an example,to evaluate the suitability of rural residential land for the whole land in the study area.The main conclusions are as follows:1.This paper from the three aspects of natural,regional and humanistic conditions,selects 11 indexes to construct the evaluation index system of the suitability of rural residential land in Karst,and comprehensively determines the weight of each evaluation index through the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.The suitability evaluation of the 30m x 30m grid unit in Luoyang town was carried out by multi factor composite superposition analysis,and the results were divided into 4 suitability grades of high suitability,moderate suitability,critical suitability and unsuitability.213 of the rural residential spots in Luoyang town are highly suitable for the suitability evaluation of the grid unit,271 in moderately suitable areas,229 in the critical area and 171 in the unsuitable areas.2.In view of the simplicity of the MCR model and the universality of its application,it has a strong operability and a certain innovation in the study of the suitability evaluation of rural residential land in Karst.In this paper,the MCR model is improved from two aspects of the source type division and the selection of the source size.The results of the suitability evaluation of the rural residential land in Luoyang town of different scale are obtained.In theevaluation results of different scale sources,the distribution of each suitable degree in Luoyang town is approximately the same,the proportion of the area occupies only a small difference,but the number and scale of the aggregation point in the highly suitable area are very different.The larger the size of the limited source,the less the aggregation point,the larger the size of the individual aggregation point.Finally,the rural residential areas with a scale of more than 0.34 hectares are selected as the source of the MCR model,and the evaluation results of more than 0.34 hectares of the source are amended to get the comprehensive results of the suitability evaluation of the rural residential land in Luoyang town.3.In the comprehensive results of the suitability evaluation of rural residential land use in Luoyang Town,the highly suitable area area occupied 11.87%,mainly in Luoyang community,Pu Le Village and Jiangkou Village,near the construction town and the traffic trunk road,the traffic location conditions are superior,and the social and economic development is better,and it has strong radiation to the economic development of the periphery rural areas.In the future,it is a priority area for the rural residential land use expansion in the future;the area occupied by the moderately suitable area is 32.28%,the critical area is 25.02%,and these regions are flaky or banded around the highly suitable region,which is the influence factor of the distance from the MCR model to the source as the minimum cumulative resistance.In accordance with the natural conditions,the location conditions and the economic development situation,it is highly suitable for the regional difference.For the rural settlements in these areas,the reserve development measures can be taken,and the small and scattered rural residential areas in the region are gradually adjusted in a small range.The unsuitable area occupied 30.83%of the area,mainly in the Miao village,the northern and eastern areas of Yongquan village,the Wen Ya Village and the northeastern part of the ancient village.The natural location conditions of this kind of region are not suitable for long term settlement,the social and economic conditions are relatively poor,the space expansion is greatly resisted and the rural residents are in the range of this kind of area.Points should be promoted by step by step,to promote the migration of residents,the relocation of villages to the relatively better natural location conditions and the better social and economic development areas.
