| Scientific evaluation of the suitability of rural residential land is an important link in optimizing the spatial distribution of rural residential land.Huanjiang County has complex topographic conditions,mature karst and poor comprehensive location.There are many prominent problems in rural residential land,such as small single scale,scattered overall distribution,lack of planning and management,and large regional contradiction between people and land.Therefore,this paper probes into the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of rural residential land in Huanjiang County,constructs a scientific evaluation index system for the suitability of rural residential land,objectively evaluates the suitability degree of karst and non-karst land in rural residential land in Huanjiang County,and on this basis,divides the types of rural residential land,and puts forward the current control measures for rural residential land.It is of great significance for Huanjiang County to optimize the distribution of rural residential land,improve rural human settlements environment,adjust land use structure and promote rural production and development.This paper uses ArcGIS spatial analysis and statistical function,nuclear density estimation method and distribution index method to reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of rural residential land in Huanjiang County.From the natural geographical factors,traffic location factors and economic geographical factors,it analyses the impact on the status of rural residential land,and constructs a suitability evaluation index system of rural residential land based on location conditions,so as to realize the ring.The suitability of rural residential land in 141administrative villages in Huanjiang County was evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using nuclear density estimation method and distribution index method to analyze rural residential land use in Huanjiang County,the study shows that the spatial distribution of rural residential land is characterized by small concentration and large dispersion,showing a dense distribution pattern in the South and sparse distribution pattern in the north.The Southern concentrated area centered on Sien Town and the northern agglomeration center centered on Minglun Town are gradually sparse.(2)According to frequency statistics and Delphi method,13evaluation indexes of location conditions are selected,and an evaluation index system of suitability of rural residential land based on location conditions is constructed.The index weight is synthetically determined by analytic hierarchy process and structural entropy weight method.Using ArcGIS statistical and spatial analysis functions,each location index is quantitatively analyzed and comprehensive evaluation of karst and non-karst villages is made.Suitability of rural residential land.(3)In the classification of patch suitability of rural residential land in Huanjiang County,the areas of high,moderate,low and unsuitable land use are 874.90hm~2,1521.09hm~2,1029.47hm~2 and 395.23hm~2,respectively.In the grading of land suitability for rural residential areas in administrative villages,the suitable areas for Karst villages are571.70hm~2,1213.86 hm~2,697.20hm~2 and 282.46hm~2,respectively;the suitable areas for non-karst villages are 838.05hm~2,11.25hm~2,127.98 hm~2and 7.46hm~2,respectively.8.20hm~2.(4)The main reason is that the administrative villages in the highly suitable areas of non-karst villages are all located in the county and its surrounding towns in the middle and southern part of the county where the economic development is faster,and the industry and commerce are relatively developed.In moderately suitable,low suitable and unsuitable areas,the area of rural residential land in Karst villages is larger than that in non-karst villages.The main reason is that non-karst villages distribute in a small area in the county and concentrate in the central and southern and northeastern mountainous areas.(5)Based on the results of suitability evaluation of rural residential land in Huanjiang County,this paper uses SPSS19.0 clustering analysis method and combines with the actual situation of the village to divide the rural residential land in 141 administrative villages of Huanjiang County into urban-rural combined rural residential land,development and expansion rural residential land,internal transformation rural residential land and restricted development rural residential land.There are five types of rural residential land:civil land use and reconstruction of abandoned rural residential land.The existing problems of rural residential land use in different zones are analyzed and suggestions for further development are put forward. |
