In order to arouse the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff,the company should establish a reasonable incentive system and its management process,build a reasonable,fair and fair incentive concept,and then build a correct staff incentive method and process to improve the staff-to-business A sense of identity,to cultivate staff loyalty awareness;and on this basis improve the staff incentive mechanism,companies should fully consider the individual differences of staff,follow the necessary incentive principles,establish and implement a multi-level incentive mechanism,to give the staff a personalized workplace training,enhanced The staffs loyalty,the formulation of incentives for compensation and welfare systems,and the adoption of humane management tools to meet the needs of modern management.This paper adopts corresponding research methods,collects information on the eSstablishment of enterprise incentive mechanisms,and comprehensively uses relevant theories and methods of motivation in subject knowledge such as management science and economics.Based on the results of previous studies,we use our own research results.On-site research and investigation of the South-Central Warehouse Department of A Mall,and the staff of the South-Central Warehouse Department of the A Mall as research objects,proceeding from the actual situation of the Central South Department of the A-Store,and exploring the status quo of staff incentive methods and processes in the Central South Department of the A-Store.After discovering the problems.it reconstructed the guiding ideology and supporting measures for the incentive mechanism of the South-Central Warehouse Department in A Mall.The corresponding countermeasures are mainly reflected in the establishment of a scientific and reasonable remuneration and welfare system,the establishment of a good corporate culture,the improvement of systemic staff training,and the planning and construction of staff career visions,etc.,and summarizing the above issues.Practice has proved that the paper's incentive mechanism designed for employees in the South Central Warehouse Department of A Mall is effective and achieves the intended purpose of the study.The research results of this paper will help to enrich the theoretical construction and practical results of the incentive mechanism for corporate employees in China.
