With the development of logistics technology and the gradual deepening ofunderstanding of logistics activities, logistics equipments are utilized in enterpriselogistics more widely, especially in use of handling equipment, which greatly enhance theoperating efficiency of the enterprise logistics center. Handling operations connectsimporting merchandise, storing, distribution processing, exporting and distribution, therational allocation of handling equipment can modernize the loading and unloadingprocess, save budget and expenditure. With the forklift acts as logistics center mostcommon handling equipment, it has become the most enterprises plan procurementlogistics equipment, while the performance of forklift and forklift configuration programhas increasingly high requirements.The thesis combines a manufacturing enterprise spare parts logistics warehousingcenter forklift disposition item, firstly are based on receiving and inspecting operations,storage operations, picking, replenishment operation and shipping operations fiveelementary operation procedures of ordinary logistics center, analyses the logisticswarehousing center various operating procedures in detail to determine the forkliftdemand conditions. Then refines operating procedures decomposition, through analyzingall kinds of factors which actually affect the equipment disposition,we can select forkliftmodel which every elementary operation needs according to the different categories andcharacteristics of the forklift; By utilization of the quota calculation method, determiningthe parameters of the different processes forklift loading and unloading cycle to thecalculated of forklift output, counting the logistics volume of different operating processeson production cycle, we can calculate the quantities of forklift models determined, andaccording to the analysis based on the results, we can seek the most reasonable solution. Through the study of the forklift disposition of the logistics warehousing center, wecan configure forklift type for more complicated and demanding logistics center on thebasis of the conclusions for similar situation, to meet the requirements of its routinelogistics and warehousing activities.
