With the continuous development of electronic communication technology,radio and television network,the Internet and telecommunications network integration and faster pace,providing electronic service quality for users has become the main trend of the future.At the same time,in the environment of increasingly fierce competition in service,the user experience is the key to the competitive advantage of the operators.As a new service mode,the electronic channel has a great influence on the development mode of the traditional communication industry.It has made a subversive change in the management mode,the service mode and tihe competition pattern.From the reality,China's major carriers' electronic channels start relatively late,develop slowly,and technology is lagging behind.Therefore,we must be realistic and conscientious and responsible to push forward the solution of this problem.On the basis of many aspects such as user experience theory,satisfaction theory,user value theory,user preference theory and so on,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current phase of Hunan mobile electric channel from the perspective of user experience,such as electronic channels,through the sampling survey of target users and interviews with internal employees.The lack of user experience supremacy,support ability to be improved,and the waste of resources in electronic channels are serious.This paper analyzes the optimization strategy from two aspects:reforming and expanding the electronic channels and strengthening the msanagement of user relations.It is specific as:readjusting its own electronic channels,expanding new electronic channels,improving the satisfaction of the users of electronic channels,optimizing the value of the users of the electronic channels,and constructing the user preference model of the electronic channels.Verify the effectiveness of the user preference model.The above optimization strategy has or is about to be included in the management of Hunan mobile electronic channel,which is of great significance for its flow management,reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency and improving the relationship with the users.
