With the development of modern information technology and its extensive application in engineering project management,the quality research of engineering project management information system has become a hot topic in the field of engineering project management.The user experience is a process and behavior.The result of the experience is the user's satisfaction with the product,and the research on the improvement strategy of the user experience.According to the satisfaction result of the user experience,the user's needs and the objects of concern are analyzed,and the user is proposed to improve the user.Experience method strategy.Therefore,from the perspective of satisfying customers' needs,customercentricity is used to study user satisfaction with project management software.Through the research on predecessors' literatures,the factors that influence the user experience and user satisfaction are organized,combined with the commonly used Swedish,American,European,and Chinese customer satisfaction models,and the “perceived quality” is retained according to the product-specific attributes of the project management software.,"Customer expectations","Perceived value","Customer satisfaction" four structural variables,determine the four potential variables of project management software user satisfaction,assuming the relationship between potential variables,based on the literature research analysis of the impact of four Observed variables of latent variables.Through empirical research,the thesis verifies the user satisfaction of the project management software from theoretical analysis-put forward hypothesis-hypothesis test-result analysis.Based on latent variables and observed variables,a project management software satisfaction measurement model was established,data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires,and descriptive statistical analysis,reliability,and validity tests were performed on the data.The indicators of reliability and validity were tested.Both are better;they are categorized and named by factor analysis and factor extraction.Based on this,the structural equation model was tested and corrected.The results of the empirical study of the papers are that the customer expectations have a positive effect on the perceived quality;the customer expectations have a positive effect on the user satisfaction;the perceived quality has a positive effect on the perceived value;the perceived value has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction.Promote the role;According to the research results to find out the key factors affecting the low user satisfaction,according to the actual application of the software to improve user experience quality recommendations.
