Research On The Business Model Of Online Short-rent Enterprises In China

The competition among modern enterprises is not only the competition between products,but also the competition between business models.As a result of “Internet+” and the sharing economy,housing online short-term rental companies have subverted the traditional business model of short-term leases and are in line with the current trend.They have been gradually followed by experts and scholars.However,through the collation of documents,it is found that the current research on the business model of online short-term rental companies is not sufficient,and there are still controversies about the elements of their business models.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to address: What are the business models of China's housing online short-term rental enterprises,what are the specific elements,how to build the development axis under specific elements,how to build the business model of China's housing online short-term rental enterprises,and the short-term rental enterprises of China's housing online There are still areas where business models need improvement and how they should be improved.In order to achieve the purpose of research,this article explores the theory of procedural rooting put forward by Strauss and Corbin to study the business model of China's housing rental enterprises,which is also the innovation of this article.In the rooting theory,we completed the coding of five online short-term rental case companies in China.We created 111 concepts and 43 initial categories through open coding,and reintegrated 43 categories into 28 sub-categories and explored Based on the relationship between categories,four new main categories of user value propositions,benign value networks,inclusive partnerships,and sustainable profitability models were derived,and in combination with the concept of business models,the business model of China's housing online short-term rental enterprises was successfully constructed.Through ground-layered theoretical coding,the study found that the business models of China's housing short-term rental enterprises mainly include four key elements: new user value proposition,benign value network,inclusive partner network,and sustainable profit model.The new user value proposition is the guideline for the layout of China's housing online short-term rental business model,and is also the logical starting point for the follow-up activities;benign value network and inclusive partner network is the key to China's housing online short-term rental business model.The components are the core content;the sustainable profit model is the guarantee for the long-term operation of China's housing online short-term rental enterprises.China's housing online short-rent companies are under the support of the four key elements of the business model,and they continue to create value for users while realizing their own value.The contribution of this paper mainly lies in the exploratory introduction of grounded theory research methods to analyze the business model of China's housing short-term rental enterprises.While expanding the research methods of online short-term rental enterprises business model,it also establishes the business model elements of online short-term rental enterprises.Intrinsic category system,and development axis under each system.Based on the analysis and analysis of the internal category system of each element,the suggestions for perfecting China's housing online short-term rental business model from the perspectives of innovative user value proposition,optimization of value network,establishment of inclusive partnership,and improvement of profit model are proposed.Online short-term rental companies provide ideas for specific operations in practice.
