Research On Piggy Short-term Rental Business Model Under Sharing Economy

With the continuous progress of science and technology,the sharing economy has emerged as a new economic format operation.Starting from changing people's basic lifestyles,and gradually infiltrating the influence on the traditional economic model,the sharing economy has become an irreversible torrent.As far as the development of China's sharing economy is concerned,although it started late but has a strong development momentum,encouraged by national policies,companies that integrate with various fields have emerged.Piglet short-term rent is one of them.As a dark horse in the field of domestic shared accommodation,short-term rental of piglets has established its own core competitiveness in just a few years and has a place in the market.However,due to the influx of domestic and foreign companies of the same type,the internal competition in the industry has intensified.In addition,short-term rental of piglets has caused some problems during the development process.Constantly explore and optimize business models.This article mainly studies and discusses the piglet short-term lease business model in the sharing economy environment.Based on the sharing economy,business model and shared accommodation as the theoretical foundation,the domestic short-term rental industry environment is analyzed with the help of the PEST analysis model,and the development status and characteristics of domestic short-term rental enterprises are summarized.The nine-element model of the business model was used to analyze the piglet short-term lease business model,and compared with Tujia's business model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the piglet short-term lease business model.Combined with the piglet short-term rental questionnaire survey,the problems and challenges of its business model are explained.Comprehensively analyze the results and lock the direction to be optimized,and then propose a piglet short-rent business model optimization strategy.The analysis and research in this article will provide new ideas for the piglet short-term lease optimization business model,and provide reference for the development of other domestic shared accommodation companies,so that companies can truly find business models that are conducive to their own development.Contribute to the maturity of the business model of the sharing economy in the newera,and fully release the dividends of the sharing economy on corporate development.
