The Current Situation And Transforming And Upgrading Countermeasures On 'Pinghe-Miyou' Fruit Industry

'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo[Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck cv.Pinghe-miyou]is native to Pinghe county of Fujian province and has been cultivated for a long time.After nearly 30 years of development,it has developed into a local pillar industry with remarkable economic benefits and is also known as the small well-being fruit.This paper briefly reviews the extraordinary development of'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo from scattered cultivation to industrialization,from single species to multiple varieties of structured development,and from domestic sales to export exchanges by referring to the relevant studies and researches.The pomelo production has also been investigated through field visits.By visiting the pomelo nurturing bases,deep-processing enterprises,government and other relevant departments,and through one-on-one interviews,the development status and existing problems of 'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo have been discovered.Meanwhile,some sampling questionnaires for large planters,farmers cooperatives,and deep-processing business owners have also been delivered.The factors that restrict the development of 'Pinghe-miyou'pummelo are as follows:irrational breed structure,low degree of mechanization,insufficiency in deep product development,insufficiency in deep processing capacity,insufficient scientific and technological research and development,and inadequate linkage of farmers,and the lack of wel-known brands in enterprises.The level of marketing is not high,and the ecological environment is imbalanced.By drawing on the development experience of fiuit industrialization in the United States,Japan,and New Zealand,learning from the development model of international advanced agricultural industrialization,and introducing the results of current domestic and international modern agricultural research,this paper guides the sustainable ecological and healthy development of 'Pinghe-miyou'pummelo.At the same time,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and risks in the development of pomelo industry through the use of SWOT strategy.On the basis of maintaining advantages,this paper further deepens development and proposes effective countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo industry.Based on the above investigations,interviews,and researches,the statistical analysis method,the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,and other research methods were used,in generals the following strategies were made:In order to gain an advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition,and to seize the initiative,'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo should take the path of modern agricultural industrialization featuring Pinghe characteristics,and it should establish an industrialized business model that meets the characteristics of 'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo as soon as possible.In order to achieve the transformation and upgrading process of 'Pinghe-miyou' pummelo,the following main countermeasures should be taken:improve the variety structure,improve the variety structure,improve the transformation ability of science and technology,promote the intensive processing of the products,excavate the cultural connotation of the pomelo,promote the horizontal extension of the industry,develop the tourism resources of the honey pomelo,promote the development of the industrial integration,support the leading enterprises,realize the innovation of the business model,increase the support of the government,improve the industrial service level,promote the application of high and new technology and guarantee the production.Product quality and safety;speed up the construction of fruit industry big data,improve the ability of information development,increase brand protection,create brand names,etc.
