Study On Industrialization Development Of Guanxi Honey Pomelo In Pinghe County Of Zhangzhou City

Guanxi honey pomelo is originally planted in Pinghe county. Pomelo's industry is one of the leading agricultural industries in Pinghe county. Developing pomelo's industry becomes an economic growth point for the county to increase agricultural efficiency and farmer's incomes. With the accession to WTO, people's awareness of environment protection and agricultural products'qualities increase, meanwhile, the highly increasing obstacles of Guanxi honey pomelo's international trade caused by technical barriers become more and more prominent. And the contradictions existing in the course of Guanxi honey pomelo's production, processing and marketing stick out too. It becomes urgent for us to develop Guanxi pummelo's industrialization.This paper introduces some theories of agricultural industrialization to the real practice of industrialization development of Guanxi honey pomelo in Pinghe. It briefly introduces pomelo industry developmental status and primary research progresses in china. By using the SWOT method it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the industrialization development of Guanxi honey pomelo. The results show that there are several advantages in the industry of Guanxi honey pomelo, such as the ecological environment with particularly favorable natural condition, excellent quality, high brand awareness and large market prospect, but also exist some disadvantages such as lower industrialization degree and insufficient brand protection force, not only face the opportunities such as the developing space with our country entered the WTO, system guarantees and government supports, but also face the challenges such as limited natural resources, domestic and overseas markets ,and ecological environment. Pinghe county wants to realize the industrialization development of Guanxi honey pomelo, must take market demand as the direction, conformities the existing resources, play fully to the own advantage, establish its own characteristics of the industrialized operation of the organization model. The paper finally put forwarded the countermeasure and measure for Pinghe Guanxi honey pomelo industrialization process, which include rational planning layout and developing scale planting, Strengthen leading enterprises and establish sound conduct system of agricultural industrialization, enlarge invest of science and technology and raise competition ability in the market, improve the macro control of government and accelerate industrial information network construction, intensify the brand management and support brand prestige, develop an ecological type of agriculture to achieve sustainable development, propel deep-seated development to extend domain chain.
